Cutting, forming, welding, machining, fit-up and finishing run as separate crews on one floor, so a part moves from station to station without leaving the building or waiting on a vendor's truck.
Certified welders work to ASME, AWS, ABS and WPS specifications, and a Certified Welding Inspector checks fit-up, welds and dimensions as the work happens. Heat numbers follow every piece from the rack to the final inspection report.
David Salinas has spent 20 years in fabrication and directs every job that comes through the Greenville shop. He holds his Certified Welding Inspector credential, OSHA 10 and ASME shop certification, so the person quoting the work is the same person qualified to inspect it.
